Bliss Balls 

1 cup coconut  desiccated

1 cup ground up sunflower seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp cardimin (optional)

1 tbsp cacoa

1 tsp Tahini (optional)

1 cup dates (soaked in water to soften)

1 + 1/2 cups pitted prunes

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla essence
