Vegan cheese making workshop
A 2 Hour Workshop – Sunday 20 October 2019 – 10am – 12noon
Vegan cheeses are a healthy, delicious and sustainable alternative to traditional dairy cheeses. In this 2 hour workshop nutritionist Rose Margesson will demonstrate, step by step, the process of making vegan cheeses. There will also be a tasting of a selection of pre-prepared vegan cheeses along with recipes and guidance on how to make them yourself at home.
