I began my wellness journey in 1998 and was fortunate to have Rose as my teacher for ten years. Rose embodies the essence of healthy living through plant-based nutrition. She is an exceptional coach and human being. I am eternally grateful for the positive influence Rose has had on my life. I have never found another teacher and mentor like her.
